ME/CFS support

A clear plan for day-to-day management — without pushing through.

ME/CFS is not ordinary tiredness. If you're crashing after activity, appointments, or social time, you may need a steadier, more protective approach to pacing.

I provide calm, structured support to help you reduce boom-and-bust, build a realistic routine, and make decisions that protect your baseline.

Independent service (not affiliated with the NHS). No referral needed.
